Who we are

WIPsage is a trading name of Inchgate Limited (Company No. 17117004), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Dragon House, Princes Way, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, CF31 3AQ. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms, we mean Inchgate Limited trading as WIPsage.

The service

WIPsage is a guided strategy tool for indie ebook authors. It provides educational content, structured workflows, and AI-assisted tools to help you prepare your book for publication on Amazon KDP.

Agreement to these terms

By creating a WIPsage account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — accounts may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid access

WIPsage offers a free tier that provides access to selected modules at no charge. No payment details are required to use the free tier.

Full access to all modules, tools, and content is available for a one-time payment of £45, processed securely via Stripe. We never see or store your card details. This grants you lifetime access for as long as the WIPsage service remains operational. “Lifetime access” means the lifetime of the service, not a guarantee of perpetual availability. If we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice via email.

Cancellation and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase during which you may cancel and receive a full refund.

However, when you purchase full access and begin using the paid content, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content during the cooling-off period and acknowledge that doing so means you lose your right to cancel. If you have not accessed any paid content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing admin@inchgate.com.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact admin@inchgate.com and we will investigate promptly.

Your content

Any information you enter into WIPsage (book titles, blurbs, notes, answers) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it solely to provide the service and will delete it on request.

Our content

All educational content, module text, tools, and design within WIPsage are the intellectual property of Inchgate Limited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the WIPsage programme without written permission. Your access is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

AI-powered features

WIPsage includes AI-assisted tools (e.g. blurb feedback, cover analysis). These tools provide suggestions based on market data and best practices. They are not a substitute for professional editorial, design, or legal advice. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use WIPsage for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the service; or interfere with the operation of the service in any way.

Limitation of liability

WIPsage is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any specific sales outcomes, rankings, or commercial results from using the service. We provide guidance based on industry best practices, but publishing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Availability

We aim to keep WIPsage available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service offline for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of WIPsage after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
