Who we are

WIPsage is a trading name of Inchgate Limited (Company No. 17117004), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Dragon House, Princes Way, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, CF31 3AQ. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Inchgate Limited trading as WIPsage.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and the name you provide during onboarding. When you use the Strategy Builder we store your answers, notes, and comparable title data so your progress is saved between sessions. When you pay for access we pass your payment details to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the WIPsage service: saving your progress, personalising the experience, and processing payments. We may send you essential service emails (e.g. payment confirmations, password resets). We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate WIPsage:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU region). Stripe — payment processing. Vercel — application hosting. Resend — transactional email delivery. Google Search Console — search performance analytics (see “Analytics” section below). Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with GDPR.

Analytics

We use Google Search Console to understand how people find WIPsage through search engines. This service collects anonymised, aggregated data about search queries, click-through rates, and indexing status. It does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect any personal data from visitors to our site. The data is used solely to improve our visibility in search results.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically, authentication session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data (e.g. section completion rates) may be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your name in Settings at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, email admin@inchgate.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of WIPsage after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
